  Prime Commercial Bank (PCBL) has announced a dividend to be distributed to shareholders from the last financial year's earnings. The Board of Directors meeting held on Monday has announced to distribute 16 percent bonus shares and 0.6313 percent cash dividend to the shareholders for tax purposes. The proposed dividend will be received by the shareholders after the approval of Nepal Rastra Bank and the approval of the next general meeting of the bank.
